• Your eyes, and the things you choose to magnify in your life, have a powerful impact on your destiny.

God cautions us about how, as the eyes see, so goes the body. This not only applies to you as an individual, but also to the leader of an organization and the team over which the leader has stewardship.

The bible says God uses the earth as a footstool. Do you know how big your God is? He takes the whole earth, and uses it as an ottoman. He knows the # of hairs on your entire head…yet, how much time do you spend stressing out, worrying about, and looking at your problem? That’s His job. You’re supposed to set your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith.

Leaders: Whether it’s a company or your home, you serve a God THAT big, and you’re worried about your upcoming payroll taxes and your refrigerator payment?

Here’s the problem with a problem: If you keep looking at it, it becomes bigger, because it gets in you.

The challenge for leaders is this: Whatever we magnify ends up magnified in the eyes of everyone in our organization called to our vision. Simply put, we ask them to see what WE see. When a leader sets his/her sights on the right thing, everything else seems small. That’s why the bible says “MAGNIFY Him,” because God knew we’d spend the whole week having our problems magnified. So, He instructs us to magnify Him. (Magnify the LORD.) When you’ve been beat up all week, change comes when you magnify something else.

A leader can change his entire organization’s future by setting his sights on and magnifying the right things…As the head goes, so does the body. With a magnifying glass, the THING you’re looking at under the magnifying glass doesn’t actually get bigger, your perspective of it does.

God’s BIG, but He only becomes a magnified priority in YOUR life when YOU make a conscious decision to set your sights on Him and magnify Him, not your problems.

So…What are you magnifying, and what are you looking at?

I believe you are right Pastor–what we magnify becomes our focus and ultimaely becomesour god, or GOD. I blieve our stress comes from where our false focus is placed.I try to keep my churchfocused on positive not on probems and the negative new media.

      Great message Pastor!!!

Thank you Apostle Ron! I thank God for your messages. I have never recalled a message God gave you to deliver to others that didn’t benefit me in some big way. I LOVE hearing from God and I am always listening for Him because I desire so much to please Him. I did have a rough week and was just browsing on my computer when I saw this email. It was the perfect message!

Thank you for this. I needed to hear it because I’ve been magnifying my problems. I remember now that I’m not suppose to tell God how big my problems are I’m suppose to tell my problems how big my God is.

How difficult it is to apply this to life. Our personal habits just want to get in the way. I thank God for such an awesome “daddy” that you are to us Apostle. My husband and I never had one and it is quite difficult to change a habit after it became a way of life without correction. However, RWOC changed our lives and I can’t express our gratitude enough. Thannk you!!!

Thanks Apostle Ron! So many times I get carried away trying to do things in every possible way that I know how to make them happen. How much greater it is to turn them over to Our Heavenly FATHER who knows all and cares so much about us. He can make happen in a blink, what it takes me a lifetime to do. So many times we need a reminder of the fact that Our Heavenly FATHER who is forever with us is in control of it all. With that knowledge, what is there to worry about? Nothing Is Too Hard For Our GOD! Praise HIM and may his many blessings rest on You and Apostle Hope! Thank GOD for your vision at RWOC and for HIM making/allowing you to be a part of my life. To GOD Be The Glory In CHRIST JESUS!!! Precious HOLY SPIRIT, Have Your Way In My Heart And In My Life!!!

I thank you very much for another great message. Problems come everyday, but when we choose to keep our mind and eyes on our Lord and savior and not only believe but KNOW that he is in total control and he is standing above and praying and interceeding for us, then those problems will look so samll compare to our GREAT GOD. God bless you brother Ron and your ministry.

Job 31 vs 1 (I made a covenant with mine eyes whey then should I thing upon a maid) Job was right to make a covenant with his eye gate, so in the midst of his troubles he focused on on the needs of his friends.

Apostle Ron, that word was an on time word for my life. I pastor and many times I don’t share with the congregation but I struggle with managing these problems and yes they become magnified. When I read the the message from you I was able to exhale and release it to my Heavenly Father who is speaking to me through His Apostle.
