Recognized worldwide as a leader of leaders, Ron has advised, consulted and mentored CEO’s, Pastors and political leaders around the world for two decades. As both a Senior Pastor and a successful entrepreneur with multiple business ventures, his relentless passion for developing potential in others succeed permeates every aspect of his organization.
A graduate of Emmanuel College (Bachelor of Arts degree in Pastoral Ministries), Ron and his wife, Hope (B.A., Early Childhood Education, University of South Carolina), founded Redemption World Outreach Center in 1991 with three members and a passion for breaking down walls of racism, crossing cultural lines, and changing poverty mindsets in their community as well as cities around the world. Their Ministry has become a model for successful community and family impact, creating strategic partnerships with corporate, governmental, and non-profit organizations to develop innovative ways to improve quality of life.
Ron also provides guidance and advice to over 1,400 Churches and Ministries worldwide through Redemption Ministerial Fellowship International, where member organizations’ Senior Pastors and Leaders look to him for experience, insight, advice and perspective.
A frequent speaker at National and International Leaders conferences for Ministries and Corporate organizations, his television show, “Redemption Today” is broadcast worldwide on TBN and various other networks worldwide, regionally and locally.
Ron and Hope’s success has always been marked by the consistent ability to be relevant cross-culturally and cross-generationally, with an authentic love and compassion for helping people heal, hope and discover their true potential.
