Prayer for those in a difficult situation

“Father, in the name of Jesus, I pray for my brothers and sisters. I ask that this prayer would penetrate their hearts as well as mine as we come together and agree that we need You in difficult times. There are times when we just need You to open a door, and there are times when we just need You to give us the wherewithal to make it through. But there are some times—not many but few, where we don’t know what to do and we feel like we’ve exhausted all of our options and we’re standing in front of no doors. There’s nothing that looks like we could walk through it and our backs are against the wall. We need You. So I’m asking You right now to give comfort. I’m asking You right now to give a way. I’m asking You right now to give strategy to those who do not know what is going on in their life and don’t know what You’re doing right now. I pray that You bring clarity because You’re not the author of confusion. And I pray that You bring comfort, that there’s never been one day—no matter how tough it is, where You’ve left them. You’re always with us You’ll never leave us, and we thank You for that. In Jesus name, amen!”
